This is a one of a kind piece of artwork.
The lampwork technique used to create this piece involves starting with a rod of glass and slowly building up layers. Different colors and sometimes metals are added, and the molten glass is manipulated using fine tools. Heat control is crucial for achieving the desired effect. To ensure its durability, the piece is kiln annealed in a digital kiln.
